Scripture: Ps.30:6-8
Greetings 'Fan'-tastic Passengers,
The circumstances in life, can either stand before you as a mountainous stumbling block, or they can either be transformed, by the power of God, into a stepping stone.
Before David became sick with a grievous illness, which almost took his life, like all humanity, he probably for a moment, thought that in his prosperity, nothing could go wrong,
Scripture tells us in Psalm 30:7 that when King David realized that without God’s help he could do nothing, he said, “Lord by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.” By this, King David was saying Lord because you showed me your special benefits, called favour, as I called upon your name for help, you have transformed my sickness, which was as a mountain, a stumbling block to me, into something of stability, security and protection, as I trusted in you.
The imagery of “Mountain,” is a symbol of stability and often represents security in the protection of God (Ps. 46:2). Therefore, after David cried out to the Lord in his supplication, the Lord heard and answered his prayer and showed him His favour. The miracle of God’s favour upon his life, transformed his huge stumbling block of sickness, into a magnificent stepping stone, which lead him to perpetual life-giving, healing streams of mercy, in God. This magnificent stepping stone, also lead his refined heart, to a place of total trust, dependency, and help from God by granting him:
God’s favour, will supernaturally, work on your behalf to release, an abundance of the exceeding abundantly, more than you can ever ask or think. He will allow you to conquer every impossible obstacle and move you in your faith, from promise to possession of your Canaan Land.

The circumstances in life, can either stand before you as a mountainous stumbling block, or they can either be transformed, by the power of God, into a stepping stone.
Before David became sick with a grievous illness, which almost took his life, like all humanity, he probably for a moment, thought that in his prosperity, nothing could go wrong,
- He was young, handsome, healthy, strong and the anointed King of Israel
- He was in a place of increase and probably thought that he would never be moved by any storms of life, whether, sickness, financial or otherwise
- In fact, he thought that, he would constantly be enjoying his little, ‘heaven on earth’
- Nevertheless, the severe health storm, in which he was entangled, caused him to come to the realization that, without God’s favour upon his life, he would be totally destroyed by the violent storm.He therefore, humbled his heart under the mighty hand of the refiner of his life, to seek favour from God himself
- In doing so, he came to the end of himself, yielded his will to God, and he was able to experience an immense miracle in his heart

- In the midst of the mountainous and grievous sickness, a transformation, where the problem instead of being a stumbling block to him, it became a fortress of protection
- A bulwark of security in God, in the midst of a circumstance which had the potential to destroy him
God’s favour, will supernaturally, work on your behalf to release, an abundance of the exceeding abundantly, more than you can ever ask or think. He will allow you to conquer every impossible obstacle and move you in your faith, from promise to possession of your Canaan Land.
